About ERA
ERA is a youth development organization creating places where young people can discover what they love, develop their talents, and find where they belong.
Serving students in grades K–12, ERA brings together sports, performing arts, and afterschool experiences that give youth opportunities to compete, create, learn, perform, and grow.
From the field to the stage to the classroom, we believe every young person deserves access to experiences that build confidence, character, creativity, discipline, and community.
Every young person has something in them worth developing. ERA gives them a place to discover it.

-
ERA is a youth sports, arts, and leadership organization committed to helping young people discover their gifts, develop their skills, and grow into confident leaders. Through athletics, performing arts, leadership development, and faith-based experiences, we create opportunities for youth to compete, create, lead, and discover their purpose.
-
We believe talent development and character development should happen together. Whether a young person is on the court, field, stage, or behind the camera, we use their interests as a platform to teach discipline, confidence, teamwork, resilience, leadership, and purpose. Our goal isn't simply to develop better athletes and artists—it's to develop the whole person.
-
ERA serves children and teens at every stage of development, from beginners discovering a new interest to experienced athletes and artists ready for greater opportunities. Through age-based programs, leagues, travel sports, arts programs, leadership experiences, and faith conferences, we provide pathways for young people to belong, develop, compete, create, and lead.
