At ERA, development goes beyond the field, court, stage, and screen. We invite all of our athletes and artists to participate in age-based leadership events and experiences designed to build confidence, character, and purpose. ERA athletes and artists are also invited to attend our Winter and Summer Conferences, where they can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and discover who they are called to become. While developing skills and talents is important, we believe our highest priority is developing young people for purpose.
