THE NEXT GENERATION

ERA Youth Leadership Experiences equip young people to lead with confidence, character, and purpose. Our Youth Leadership Councils serve elementary, middle, and high school students, meeting once a month through both virtual and in-person experiences. Youth explore government and civic engagement, community service, life skills, career preparedness, and leadership development while building relationships with like-minded young leaders. The experience also includes exciting events, trips, and hands-on opportunities that allow youth to learn, serve, have fun, and grow together.
